What’s your ongoing contract structure?

What makes you comfortable? Typically we default to no ‘contract’ outside of a 90 day cancelation by either party. We do this for both of our benefits. Changes take time and we want to make sure in any scenario, you’re taken care of in the best way possible.


Do you perform one time computer repair?

Unfortunately we find this business model to be a lose / lose situation for both of us. From our business side, we would never know what kind of load we have coming in at any specific time. From your perspective, while it may appear cheaper to “just pay when you need something fixed”, it means that you always have things that need to be fixed and you’re met with unexpected downtime! Typical companies that support this are just going to do enough work to put a band-aid on your problem so they can get paid and move on. The Infihedron model is to really be your IT partner to keep you up and running. We do this through ongoing proactive maintenance and repair, not treating your misfortune as a payday.


Do you have a call center for help desk?

Our goal is to really give you as few points of contact as possible. We don’t want you to always be talking to someone different when you need us. We want you to develop an actual business relationship with our staff, crazy right? All of this is built on your trust with our team and you can’t trust a random revolving door of outsourced help desk techs.
